Some dojo mates from Lake Forest Shotokan attended the Jiyu Kumite practice at the Garden Grove dojo led by Greg Scott and assisted by David Lechuga and Gary Shockley on Saturday July 14, 2012. The intention was to strengthen our jiyu kumite skills and to prepare the USA fighters for the Canada Tournament coming up next month. Here are some photos of the 4 hour practice.
