Due to Covid Restrictions we have returned to in-dojo practices for those that are fully vaccinated, but I wanted to be sensitive to those that are not vaccinated or those that choose to join our classes virtually you can participate using Zoom. Please email David Lechuga to request the link to login.

Please note the last Monday of every month there will be no class at Lake Forest Dojo. Instead class will be at the Garden Grove Dojo. There usually is a carpool leaving from Lake Forest at 5:15 pm.

KUMITE | Basic sanbon-gumite (three-time engagement): chūdan (middle); torite (escaping techniques); katate-dori (escaping from one-hand hold) | Jiyū kumite (free style)—slow and normal speeds, practicing perfect control, stopping punches and kicks just before touching the opponent |
